Social Desk is a private tool run by the owner of leonardwexber.com for his own accounts only.
What Social Desk accesses. With the account owner's consent, Social Desk works only through the official APIs of Google (YouTube Data API, YouTube Analytics API) and Meta (Instagram API, Pages API). Through them it reaches the owner's own YouTube channel, Instagram professional account and Facebook Page. It reads basic account information, the videos it uploads and schedules, the comments on those posts, and their statistics (such as views, watch time and likes).
How it is used. Social Desk uses this access only to publish and schedule the owner's own videos, to record each post's link and statistics in a private log, and to show comments to the owner so that he can reply. It collects nothing about other people beyond the public comments left on these posts. It uses no data for advertising, for profiling, or for training AI models.
Storage and sharing. Access tokens and data are stored only on the owner's own computer. They are not sold, shared or transferred to anyone.
Google and YouTube. Social Desk uses YouTube API Services. See the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Social Desk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access. Access can be removed at any time: Google at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions ; Facebook in Settings > Business integrations; Instagram in Settings > Apps and websites. The owner can delete the locally stored data at any time.
